Delivery and Schedule
“We deliver to the following neighborhoods of Dubai: Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, JLT, Dubai Media City, Knowledge Village, Dubai Internet City, Al Sufouh.
Deliveries to all other areas of Dubai as well as outside of the city will be on demand and will require individual over the phone confirmation.
We offer FREE delivery for all orders above 100 AED. For orders below 100 AED a 20 AED delivery fee will be charged.
The deliveries on PALM JUMEIRAH are FREE of charge, irrespective of the order value. We are targeting to complete all the deliveries within 24hrs after the order being placed, providing that your delivery time has been confirmed and that the items you request are on stock.
Since the convenience of PALM JUMEIRAH residents is our highest priority, in our own neighborhood we will be aiming at deliveries within minutes following the order confirmation”
We offer following forms of payment:
- Cash on delivery
- Card on delivery (Visa, Master Card, JCB, Diners)
- Cash by cheque (subject to individual confirmation)
All payment should be made in AED. In case of delayed payment or non- payment we may cancel or reschedule your delivery.
To reward you for placing big orders we are happy to offer “value” discount scheme.
We offer the following discounts which will be automatically applied when placing your order:
- 3% on orders above 500 AED
- 4% on orders above 700 AED
- 5% on orders above 900 AED
Our “value” discounts cannot be combined with any other promotion or special offers.

Refunds or exchange of any products that were delivered damaged, defective, malfunctioning or have been purchased incorrectly will be possible within 7 days of purchase and upon presentation of proof of payment.
All returns or exchanges will have to be completed in person at our shop in Building 6, Golden Mile, Palm Jumeirah.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment” Please allow for up to 21 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
In case you are unable to come and visit us at My Pets, we can pick up an item you wish to return if you have another order to be delivered. All you have to do is to mention the return when placing your new order.
We cannot accept returns of products that were:
- Purchased on sale
We may also refuse to accept any returned items, in cases these items have been tampered with.
For items purchased incorrectly refunds will be given with store credit or online account credit.
Online account credits will also be redeemable in-store.
For items that were delivered damaged or malfunctioning refunds can be offered in cash.
As long as your order has not been dispatched you can cancel it at any point. For orders that are already on their way to be delivered please refer to refund policy.
